Prior to filling out this form, it is required that we have confirmed and booked your photoshoot. I believe good communication is an asset every step of the way. So in order for me to achieve your expectations I have put together these questions ahead of time to help you and I prepare. To give you the best experience possible, I ask all my clients to complete this questionnaire before your session. Please provide with as much information as you can - the more I know, the better I will be able to create results tailored to your needs. I look forward to getting to know you better!
